摘 要:
以美味猕猴桃组培苗品种秦美为试材, 研究抗坏血酸(AsA)对高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗抗热性相关生理指标影响的结果 表明, 抗坏血酸可抑制高温胁迫下猕猴叶细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的增大, 但增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化 氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性。关键词:抗坏血酸; 猕猴桃苗; 抗氧化酶; 抗热性

Abstract:
The effects of ascorbic acid (AsA) on physiological indexes related to high temperature resistance of kiwifruit seedlings were studied. The results showed that the treatment with AsA inhibited electrolytic leakage of cells and decreased the MDA content in cells. But the other indexes including activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX) in kiwifruit seedlings treated with AsA increased.Key words: ascorbic acid; kiwifruit seedlings; antioxidant enzymes; high temperature resistance
